There are two main investment options available under the Saint Lucia CBI program:

National Economic Fund (NEF):

Applicants can make a non-refundable contribution to the NEF, which supports government projects in Saint Lucia, including infrastructure development, education, and healthcare.

The specific contribution amount varies based on the number of dependents included in the application, ensuring that the program accommodates different family sizes.

• The minimum contribution to the NEF is $100,000 for a single applicant.
• If an investor applies with a spouse, the minimum contribution is $140,000, previously $165,000 under a time-limited offer.
• Families of up to 4 members must contribute $150,000, previously $190,000 under the time-limited offer.
• In addition, for each additional dependent beyond the initial 4 members, an extra amount of $15,000 is required, which was previously $25,000 under the time-limited offer.

Real Estate:

Applicants can invest in approved real estate projects in Saint Lucia. The minimum investment amount of USD 200,000 is required from an approved development authority. The property must be held for a minimum of 5 years.

Investment in Government Bonds

As part of a time-limited offer, the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program currently significantly reduces the minimum investment required for purchases of government bonds made until 31st December 2020.

The minimum investment amount has been reduced by 50% compared to the regular rates.

The investment values for government bonds vary depending on the number of dependents included in the application.

• For a single applicant, the minimum investment required is $250,000 with a five-year investment term.
• Similarly, for the main applicant applying with a spouse, the investment amount remains at $250,000 with a six-year investment term.
• For a family of up to four members, there are two options.
• The first option requires an investment of $250,000 with a seven-year investment term. The second option, which offers a shorter investment term of five years, requires an investment of $300,000 for the same family size.
